The past week Anderson and I have been visiting family in Virginia. As always it's always nice to go home and this time we were actually able to get out!
Last time we went home to visit family we were dealing with a blizzard. We did so much in one week and it flew by!
My parents bought Anderson a crib and Dan spent Friday night after dinner putting it together. Here is what the finished product looks like:
We went out to eat...a lot! Anderson can't seem to sit still long enough for a picture.
We did lots of shopping. It was gorgeous this day in Georgetown.
Trying on Baby Dedication day outfits in the Lord & Taylor dressing room. Dan thought I was joking when I showed him the pictures. :)
The only downside of the entire trip was our road trip back home. We met Dan halfway in Wilmington, DE at a restaurant. On our way back from there to Hoboken we got caught in a 2 hour stand still back up on the NJ turnpike! Part of a bridge collapsed and it took over two hours to clean it up. Thank God Anderson is such a good baby and that I had enough food/water to get us through the delay. We made it home after a long day and yesterday was spent cleaning and relaxing after such a busy week. We can't wait to go back for Anderson's baby dedication ceremony which is less than a month away!
