Christmas in Virginia

On December 23rd we drove down to Virginia for Christmas! I have to admit I was very nervous about a four hour car ride with a newborn but she did great. We had to stop 2 times to feed her but she slept for the majority of the ride. When we got to Virginia there were so many people that were excited to meet Annabel!

Cathy and Relja meeting Annabel for the first time
Uncle Aussie with his niece
Snuggles with Ello

Christmas Day
Brother and sister had matching pjs
Looking through his stocking!
Showing off his goodies

All dressed up! Anderson has become VERY picky lately about he wants to wear. I didn't think it was normal for a 2 year old boy but my dad said he was the same way.
One of my favorites
Christmas dinner was so good!
Ella and Anderson cooking tortellini

We didn't venture out much but did manage to do some grocery shopping one day
We also went to Tysons one day..It started out great and ended with two crying babies...
Anderson's absolute favorite part of the mall - the train! Daddy was lucky enough to get to ride around this time.

On other news...guess who's potty trained? We've had a couple accidents, but the majority of the day he's been running to the bathroom to go on his own. The trick was to leave him diaperless. The only 2 accidents he's had are when his pants are on. If his diaper and pants are off he goes right to the bathroom.

And lastly, Annabel turned one month old on Tuesday! One month flew by! I'm hoping it slows down a bit. I'm trying to enjoy every second of this newborn stage. I know I'm going to miss it so much!

One more...because I love comparing pictures of them!
