On Monday, December 23rd we went out to dinner while Ella and Ello stayed at home to watch Anderson and Annabel.
On Christmas Eve there is a tradition in Dilworth that Santa comes down all the streets on a fire truck. We waited outside before our dinner reservations and saw him drive down around 5:40. The look on Anderson's face was priceless when he saw Santa outside of our house!

After dinner Anderson got the cookies, milk, and carrots ready for Santa and the reindeer.

Annabel went to her first movie! Dan had a football game on one Saturday in December so I took both of them to see the movie "Frozen". They loved it!

We loved watching the Christmas pageant at Anderson's preschool. Here he is dressed up as one of the three wise men :)

There is a great tradition in the Bank of America building in uptown where singing bears perform in an orchestra every year at Christmas. I took them into the city to watch them one Friday night and they were enthralled!

A few days after Christmas Anderson and Annabel came down with Strep - cuddled up in bed and not feeling well.

We had such a wonderful Christmas and are so thankful for our family that was able to come and spend it with us. We can't wait to drive up to Virginia this Friday for a visit with baby Hank and Tyler and then on to Fairfax to visit everyone for a week!
