On Friday, 24th we did the 6 1/2 hour drive to Virginia. I am so happy I finally reached the stage of traveling with them where it has gotten a lot easier. Annabel and Anderson did so well watching movies, eating snacks and even taking a nap.
We stopped in Richmond for a couple hours to meet sweet Hank.
Anderson and Annabel loved meeting him. Hank is so handsome and is such a good baby!
I just love seeing Tyler as a mom and finally getting to meet this sweet face in person.
One of our first "to do's" when we arrived was going to buy a sled. Target was sold out but I finally found one at a ski shop down the road. There was snow already on the ground and Anderson could not wait to go sledding for the first time!
Does he look excited?! We don't get much snow in Charlotte.

Of course we had to go to Tysons one day and do the train ride around the food court.
Ello snuggles after dinner
It snowed again last night and we did some more sledding this morning. Can you tell how much fun we're having? :)
Anderson is so happy he gets to see Relja tonight for dinner and he's been having so much fun with Uncle Matthew (Aussie as he still calls him). Aunt CC has been by a lot too. I'm sure there will be a few more pictures of our trip before we head back to Charlotte on Friday.
